Can't see the full tap, but it is probably just an O ring that needs replacing.

Have a look at this and it should give you some idea

i think some of them were having a joke boris...

if you pop out the little red and blue disk there should be a screw vissible in the small hole. unscrewing it should let you lift the handle off. then i think itd likely be removing the cartridge and going to a plumbers merchants for a new one.

you may find it easier to just replace the existing tap though. i did a quick search and found this

http://www.taps.co.uk/viterbo-pull-out-kitchen-tap/

theres many different designs to choose from though. you will likely find a site in israel selling them. or pop into a builders/plumbers merchants and ask the people in there

This one is beautiful and more convenient since you don't need to raise handle but just pull up/down. Expensive however and i am not in UK.

So i need to change cartridge and not "O" ring? Or "O" ring is located inside the cartridge?

Just don't want to come to the circumstance when i am unable to assemble tap back because i lack required new parts. This is what pushes me back from starting. Of course i am very curious and determined to fix this thing. How can i make sure the local shops have the "O" ring of correct size without disassembling tap first and looking?

did you see the video i linked up? it should be self explanitory when you remove the handle.

you might want to check on the tap for a manufacturers name.

check the back of the tap if its not visible on the front.

alternatively just remove the handle then the cartridge and go get a replacement..

have you not got service valves on the pipe work leading to the taps?

ohh and i beleive they work by ceramic plates whereas older style taps where you turn them round and round to turn em on or off have rubber o rings washers.

but then again im no plumber. just attempting to put common sense to how i think it should work.

they might be. try turning them. if the water stops coming out then it will be ok to work on the tap. though they do look very different to anything ive seen over here.

To follow up on this I have a similar tap in my kitchen and it was dripping,so I went into a local store and picked this up from an old boy in there,if you have a dripping tap and suspect it maybe the ceramic's take it out and soak in vinegar, there maybe a bit of grime or scale build up.It worked for me.
