Dosn't calculate relativistic time dilation. Or the slowing of a clock due to gravity.

The first effect slows the on board GPS clock by 7µS a day compared to the earth clock and the second speeds it up by 45µS/day. If they were not corrected your geographical position would appear to shift 10km a day.
