Hi Aileen
Before you take the drastic measures off having to pay for a computer engineer I would recommend you go to this site Spam removed . These guys are computer wizards and will help you through the process off getting your computer back to normal and they will guide you through the process on-line, totally free off charge.

All you do is register, post your problem in the forum stating clearly and concisely what the issues are you are having with your computer, you will then be assigned an IT profesional to help you through the processes. They have helped me and thousands off others and all they ask for is a very small donation off any amount to keep up with costs, but it is not mandatory to do that. It's just curtious if they do fix it I think. If you do sign up, be patient with them getting back to you coz there busy people, usually 1-3days. Try them there brilliant..Good luck !

Tony
