I use this machine at just about every job I'm on.
As a screw driver, drill or hammer drill.
I was using it the other day to construct the shelving unit I posted about in the Show Case Gallery and although I didn't check the battery condition when I started I know for sure it was not just charged and had been used for a few other jobs before starting on the shelves.
This is over a 2 day period.
Day 1. Drilled and countersink and then screw all batons to the shelf sides.
Includes multiple powering the chuck to loosen and tighten for different size of screw driver holder and drill bit.
Put away without recharging.
Day 2.
Building of shelves and fitting 98 slats to the batons.
Masonry drilling and changing to screwdriver.
In total 406 screws and counter sink holes including multiple powering the chuck to loosen and tighten for different size of screw driver holder and drill bit.
That's off one battery that wasn't fully charged, that's good going.
It died just before I finished hanging a wipe board in the other office, so had to get a fresh battery from the van.
The only down side I've noticed on the drill (if you ignore it's weight, because it is heavy even naked) the ratchet settings are a bit hit and miss, not as sensitive as they could be. It needs improving as I find it difficult to trust unless I'm going into something that's really really got a bite and is generally brick or masonry. Wouldn't/couldn't trust it on wood. _________________ Jaeger.

Iv'e seen them on SFX, seems a bit expensive for a DIY'er.
I have a mixture of De Walt and Ryobi.
