still think you should just get a tesco's £22 microwave, prob half the cost of having the fault diagnosed & will be quicker! 8-)

Yeah, we threw ours out when the inside was too dirty too wipe clean :wink:

mine is a Neff integrated microwave, do they sell them at tesco's, i don't think they do..

thats not nice marky.. especially when neff is Bosch and siemens, rebadged in a factory in spain where they are made, i've been there

they look nice and work perfectly marky, its just the microwave thats the problem

The easiest way to check the latch would be to remove the glass from the door, then turn it on, while you put your head inside to see if the catch is at fault. :lol:

If it's integrated, it's a posh microwave and you pay accordingly. More like £220 than £22. So worth trying to fix it because it might be something simple.
