 Post subject: metal shed sealant

hi all,

any suggestions for the best way to seal my metal shed at the base to stop rain entering underneath the frame and where do i buy it.

Hi,

I would basically use something like leadmate silicone which is a polysulphide based silicone and is more durable and weather resistant than standard silicone you can purchase this quite cheaply from either Toolstation or Screwfix avoid using sand and cement fillet as metal sheds do tend to expand and contract under different temperatures
