Ok i have a baxi 105e combi im currently havin major problems with i get very mild hot water if im only using dhw to get hot water i have to turn ch on. If i do run dhw rads go boiling again no hot water. If the boiler is not being used the pressure gauge drops to zero when the ch is put on it repressurises over flow runs on every use

Sounds like, diverter valve requires repairing, expansion vessel re-priming ,new pressure release valve fitted and a good service given to the old bird ,give her a treat for christmas

the prv and expansion shouldnt be too bad its 30 mins work on a 105e unless your iso taps leak after

the diverter valve could be easy and be the diaphram but if the whole body needs changing it might get a tad expensive not astronomical though

Around £250 ish. Think yourself lucky you haven't the Alpha equivalent as you would be looking at around £300 just for the diverted valve.
