marble mosaics help!!

hi;

I started grouting my marble mosaics (i was told to grout first and seal later..) but noticed I wasnt getting the grout off at all well so stopped after doing about 800*450 mm.

Ive done a bit further research and found out they need sealing FIRST....

firstly can anyone reccommend a decent sealer sealer to get them sealed with and

secondly is there a cleaner out there I can buy to scrub the already grouted area so I can seal that ??? failing that any other tips to repair any damage I might have alreay done....
