Hi,

I've moved into a new apartment and am having some issues setting the temperature of the hot water.

The boiler control panel looks like that in the attached image - only difference being is that is has a Salus ST620WBC RF controller installed.

I've turned down the dial with the radiator icon to near the frost (*) symbol, but it has made no difference.

Is there another thermostat that I need to locate in order to turn down the hot water temperature as it is too hot to touch?

Thanks.

No, the hot water temperature is preset in the boiler on these.

So I presume that the factory preset cannot be lowered in situ?
