Thanks - more progress has been made but just lacking time to update!

I imported my 2D plans from AutoCAD into Google Sketchup (FREE) which allowed me to 3D the pipe routes.

I’m a novice on it - some of the guys on here are very proficient at using sketchup.

I'm not bad with floorplans in AutoCAD, but never attempted anything 3D in Sketchup.

Can really see the benefit of learning it now, makes the more complicated drainage runs so much easier to get your head around!

Are you using any particular plugin for the pipes? Somebody has mentioned 3SKENG to me.

Sketchup has it own design centre. The fittings were in there & I just drew the pipes.
