Hi everyone, my parents have recently moved into a warden controlled bungalow which has a lifeline unit installed in it.
They have broadband but the problem is that the lifeline now needs to be filtered. This has been hard-wired into an extension socket. My dad has spoke to the warden and the council regarding this and they are both saying its his responsibility to get it working, they said it must stay hard-wired to stop anyone unplugging it.
So can anyone tell me how i can put a filter on and still keep it hard-wired?
