So I’ve got 30 of the following downlights (changing the LED’s to 9w for extra brightness):

Can I just daisy chain all these together via the 6amp 240v circuit or do I need any sort of driver?

You are getting confused. GU10 lamps run directly from the mains. Your light fittings come with GU10 lamps, so yes, daisy chain away.
