Hi All,
Got a problem hoping someone can help with.
I've got a property that has a few small leaks in the roof.
The tiles appear to be concrete interlocking tiles and a ridge tile.
There's a fair amount of moss between the tiles in places.
There are a number of ventilation pipes and a chimney exiting through the roof.
What's the best solution to my leaks and what's the best way to trace them. I suspect one is coming from where the chimney exits the building but the other two, I've not got a clue where they're coming from, but they end up about three feet from the edge of the pitched roof.
Is there a sealant I can use?

Perhaps some pics of where you suspect it to be leaking will help. Can you see any broken/cracked tiles?
