I've just had a wet kitchen floor in the recent rain.

It seems to have come down the stud wall that is under an rsj and out of the bottom onto the kitchen floor.
The stud wall is between the kitchen and flat roof extension.

I've had a look on the roof and can't see any obvious holes but i'm no expert when it comes to roofing.

I knocked a hole in the chimney in the above bedroom and can see water dripping out from the flashing so it looks like it's coming through the mortar joint. Only problem is, the water seems to be coming into the kitchen quicker than it's coming through this part of the wall so I think there must be more further along where I can't see.

I'm a bit worried as both rsj's are rusty.

I've added some pics, can anyone see any glaringly obvious problems?

Also should I be worried about the rusty beams? You can just make out one of them in the pics. I have no idea how long this has been leaking, possibly since previous owner.
