Titan Orbital Sander.

http://www.screwfix.com/prods/19999/Power-Tools/Sanders/Titan-SF430B-430W-Random-Orbit-Sander

I thought it was good kit for £20. After 40 hours or so use (not continuously!) it has started making an intermittent whining noise. Ah well...

Not seen one these jobbies in years, then on my travels in Macclesfeild, picked up the Rodo one. Thumbright

Saves a bit of messing in the sink!

Just use a very tall bucket, it will fling water everywhere! Shocked

How much was that? I tried to make one with an old Roller frame but didn't work very well.

i just bought a wood beaver 20mm drill bit. one of those thats similar to the irwin blue grove things. i bought it to try out. though am yet to use it. though i did remove it from its packaging so i could seal the packageing in a stud wall alongside a packet for a trend snappy plug cutter (i sometimes do random sh*t like that when im at work. seal random things into walls)

i also grabbed a packet of dewalt ph2 bits today aswell as imo cant beat dewalt driver bits for the price of a box of 25

ohhh almost forgot. i bought a marshall town brick laying trowel the other day aswell. i only ever do patch up work but i figured why buy a trowel for £10 plus that is gna end up rusty when i can buy a decent make that is clearly gonna outlast the cheapo brand for £25 ish

Was given a load of tools by my Dad, so not strictly bought...

Various imperial sockets and spanners, sold a fair bit of it for him, and kept some.

All SnapOn, most of it is older than me, but still in good condiditon.
I kept the small 3drawer chest, PH3 & PH4, 1/2" flat blade screwdrivers, 4 3/8" drive screwdriver bits- 2xflat, pz3 and pz4, scraper, chisel and punch set, Tap and die set. A fair haul :)

The few bits i didnt want i traded in £34 credit, bought a 5mm ball end hex screwdriver, and kept the rest as credit for now.

Also bought a 8" adjustable to go with my lathe (only a draper expert)
