Having bought some flat backs from IKEA I decided to get a small cordless screwdriver so went for the Bosch IXO III with the angle attachment.

Was also going to treat myself to the Bosch PMF 180E but as I'd already spent loads earlier in the day couldn't justify the £60 Embarassed Sad

Got a pair of sash clamp heads, (will use steel box section for the bar instead of wood)
A pull-saw and a glass cutter while i was in Axminster this week.

Actually that was relatively safe - the ladders physically could not drop and the 'plank' on top (not me - yet) was a very solid workbench top not yet unwrapped.
I took it very easy and carefull, I can assure you Laughing

This was the earlier (Mk 1) version (I had to keep access to go down the stairs for the papering) - I didn't enoy this one at all Confused

Nice, picking it up today, my old Elektra Beckum planer/thicknesser has seen better days
This is more or less the same machine but with a few upgrades
