We have a fence in our garden built on top of a large stone retaining wall.

Where the fence meets the large stones there are big gaps into next doors garden. I only see the top of the large stones.

What I want to do is fix a fabric to the fence using a treated deck board, sink a sleeper into the ground say 12-18 inches away from fence.

Is there a product out there that I can fasten to the deck board to hold back the soil and stop it from landing in next doors garden? It would have to be strong and not necessarily attractive to look at but not unattractive as the neighbour will see it in parts......
