Bought this fromebat and what a nightnare to fit with unclear elkectrical connections and very little support from ferroli who seem to be theUK Franchise for these italian boilers. Really not worth buying for the hassleand doubt if Ferrolli will be interested in backing up the warantee as they weren'y too interested in support. Stay well clear. It seems to be a false economy and a long term headache.

Ferroli (UK) are reputedly in deeeeeeeeep financial do-do's. They offered these appliances by the lorry load (alledgedly) to trade distributors for a pittance for cash-flow reasons, and also have an Ebay shop. Instills a lot of confidence in me.
