I have a std size bathromm with a bathtub wash basin and a toilet.
All four walls are tiled from floor to celling

In order to save on labour cost of the refit i am planning to strip out all the stuff including the wall tiles ready for the bathromm fitter / plumbers to do his stuff including fitting new tiles

By doing the stripping out myself what sort money am i likely to save

Some....
depends on how long your particular piece of string is, what quality of fit you are aiming for...

Let's assume an "Average" bathroom takes 2 days to clear, and your fitter/plumber/builder charges £150 per day??? then you have saved £300 ...

stripping out a standard bathroom and tiling 1/2 day plumber and mate, so thats about £100, but its not as straight forward as that cos, the other half a day will be spent doing the first fix and maybe fitting the bath, or mayby plastering if needed, each case will be differant, but stripping out won't save a lot of money and might backfire if you hit a pipe full of water, or hit a gas pipe
