I've just spent the last two days driving around the track - after 60 odd laps my best time is 1:53.654 - in a Lotus Cosworth (so I have a decent excuse  )

mind, this XBox 360 game is fantastically realistic! If anyone is as fanatical about F1 as I am I would really recommend purchasing the latest F1 driving game and familiarising yourself with the track from the drivers perspective. We've had this XBox for about 3 years now and I've hardly ever used it - not any more! Mrs k_e can't get me off it!

As for the real race - the track has so many 'crash' opportunities the liklihood of some of the pole-sitters getting a decent shunt are really high. Same for some of the straights - 190mph down to a right-angle corner........ :wtf: - the actual race should be very interesting indeed :huray:

I have the ps3 version of the game, its very good, but very difficult (either that or I'm not cut out for this f1 game  ) .................

As for korea, they are saying there is a good chance the tarmac may lift (as its only just been layed), as the downforce of the car is so great.

Thanks for the practice heads-up. The last race was a farce as far as letting the punters know when it was on (thanks BBC) - should have expected trouble when they let a woman present the show.....

The last race wasn't a farce, thats being kind K E.
It was a complete f*ck up.
Even the practice session was screwed up, the first one could have had lots more coverage to give us more info but NOOOOO screw the bill payers, they did jack sh*t and just pissed off and canceled everything and played repeats. And i wont even start on the race itself. w*nkers!.
Sorry rant over.
