Hi,

In the past week i have had my dishwasher blow a fuse and the oven blow a fuse. Now is this just a fault with the appliances and totally unrelated or would it be a fault with the electrics in general - replaced both fuses and both work although we have not used them in case it is an bigger electrical fault. They didn't trip the main circuit just themselves.

Hope someone can understand this and advise.

Cheers
Newbie

Hmmm..would ask the question...

How long have these appliances been installed...

What are they rated at (Kw) do you have a "MOdern consumer unit" or an old stylie fuse board???

The more info you can supply, the better advice you'll get...
