dunno if anyones seen it in the media but there's a campaign to keep x factor off the number 1 spot this year. This has been started by a facebook group and is ahead in the charts at the moment. The idea is to buy or download(legally as otherwise won't count)'Killing in the name of' by Rage against the machine'.
I dont normally buy cd singles or download but you can get it for 69p at http://bit.ly/ratm-play.Its got to be bought by sat lunch 12.00 to count .
Not alot of cash even if you arn't a fan of RATM.

heard the RATM song this morning. Biggest load of **** every heard.

And if anyone thinks it is some genuine kind of campaign against X-Factor and Simon Cowell, the 'artists' of RATM are signed up to Cowells label so he doesn't care either way I reckon.

i'm not really a RATM fan either but just getting sick of X factor just thinking they have the god given right to the no1 xmas spot every year. The whole programme is schedueld to run up until the week before so they can hit the top spot that week.Maybe if Simon Cowel wasn't so arrogant or it was all run at a different time of year nobody would really care.
