Just used some for first time in a while and have to say Im very impressed. Its tinted to farrow and ball "white tie" and has covered fantastically well.

What's noticeable since last time i used any is it seems to have more body to it, its creamier than i remember and a roller or brushful seems to go further. Not unlike Dulux really but a good third less expensive.

Im really looking forward to using this stuff on my jobs from now on. Along with their waterbased trim paints its very good stuff and at roughly the same price as Gliddens there's no excuse not to use it where i can. Gliddens is decent stuff but i prefer the Jonnos and customers recognise the brand as well.

I've been using it since ditching Dulux and can report that it is very nice gear indeed. The bonus of being realistically priced is nice too. It also seem to go a long way with little impact on how it covers, but not had to do any significant colour changes with it yet, time will tell.

Jonnos Covaplus is top stuff and the white certainly is VERY white. On new plaster give the Jonmat a go too, again, top stuff. I've always used Jonnos white and maggy emulsions as I just couldn't justify Dulux's stupid prices! Even with Jonnos prise rise I get 10 litres of Covaplus for £20 - bargain! I've never had any problems with either but be careful using it straight from the tub as with it being a bit thick it can cause some texture problems. I usually thin mine a little.

Just paid £ 33 inc for 5L Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt. Used to be £ 21 for Covaplus 18 months ago.

Still don't like merchants pricing policies. A regular small customer pays alot more than an occasional bulk customer even if the annual spend is the same.

Been using Leyland contract emulsion on ceilings.

B&Q £11.32 + vat for 10l, Leyland Trade price matched as well.

Good for ceilings but a bit chalky for walls!

Good opacity though and Brilliant white.

The best PBW i have used is Jonmat, £ 18 for 10L, but £ 30 if you go to Jonnos own outlet. Irritating that you can buy their stuff so much cheaper just down the road.

customer supplied some leyland vinyl matt on a job last week.
It was fine over a similar colour but really struggled with it over a darker feature colour.

Yeah Jonmatt has been my contract mush of choice for years.

It just became too expensive since i joined Dulux as my Jonnos prices went up through lack of spend so i used gliddens instead.
