looks like I've got a job, was told interview on Monday, start Tuesday with Cowlin's at Exeter University. Loads of money!

i just need to pull the same trick myself :cb
had my last day in the hydraulics dept, come monday it's 4 weeks trial in the main warehouse then if offered permanent there my wages go down to £6.25/hr :angryfire:

not sure how Simon's getting on but here's an update on how things are in VI's world
got a phone call on saturday from one of the high headyins over in the main offices, basically telling me that the hire dept needed me & i was to report there monday morning, there is an extra 50p an hr (woopee)
i'm now doing the deliveries/collection plus wee bits in the workshop, at those wages their not exactly paying me from the neck up :roll: roll on something better
the new pickup arrived today but it's digital tacho so my application for a card is in the post & i'll have to keep on with the old one till it arrives

Hi Guys,
Hitch, Exeter is only 30 mins from me. Cowlin is part of Balfours with offices in Exeter, Plymouth, Bristol and Cardiff
EJJ, the overall spend is £200m, my bit is a mere £46m (my last job was £3.7m gulp!)
