just noticed on the BBC website that Ucatt have also gone on strike and was just wondering if anyone was a member (I have never heard of them) and if anyone is on strike today with them?

I'm not on strike....I've only got one fear in the world and thats for Greggs staff to strike. Can you IMAGINE the carnage as all of the parents show up to get their children their dummies and the shop is shut?

London riots would look like a sit in by comparison!

Good thing pubs aren't public sector really, don't know where I'd write this essay otherwise.

UCATT - yes I remember them. Weren't they the union who said that uncontrolled eastern European migartion into the UK would be good for the building trades? Bunch of tossers!!!!
