Hiya
Here for a bit of advice before we call our plumber in (for the bad news lol).
We have an ISAR HE (which is now 3 6months) PCB replaced last year and since September time we've had a problem with the hot water.
We switch the hot tap on and the boiler springs into life, the burner comes on, I can hear the fan kick in. It's OK and burns and delivers hot water for for approx 30-45 seconds, then something clicks, the burner stops, the fan slows down to a stop and it has a short rest for a few seconds and then the cycle starts again.
Bit concerned as our neighbours reckoned they had a similar problem and they are having to have a new boiler.
Had anyone got any advice?

Could be the plate HE blocked and the boiler cutting out on the stat each time.
