What do you make of this?

It's Olympia's song from Les Contes d'Hoffmann by Offenbach. I've heard it sung better, but never quite like this.

I tried to watch Blu's version as well, but the Internet froze. Translating some of the comments is entertaining. What is the story? It appears that Offenbach died before the premiere and didn't compose the music. If she had been nude, would the theatre audience have seen a difference.
