When you say snagging are you refering to a snag list i.e default list on new houses. If so, I wouldn't expect any tools are required apart from your eyes scratch

If it's painting wise? then all you will need is standard kit.

Snagging, is the term used for faults, 9 out of ten times, it's other trades that have not done something, and had to put it right, then it's the dec's that have to go back in and re paint the offending areas, inc any filling required.
