Hi all.

What are the warranty details specifically on an Eco rf fitted by a non Platinum 5 installer, what do you get?

I did have a platinum 5 installer in the other day but he wasn't willing to the conversion work to combi as he'd not worked on a back-boiler setup before....

I've had other interesting characters come round so far, some claim Intergas support is poor and suggested Ideal as a good alternative, comical  .

Thanks in advance.

Nothing wrong with Intergas or Ideal these days, come to that.

But anyone who does not know how to take a BBU out and fit a combi should be avoided at all costs.

5 years I believe

You get ten years parts and labour on an ECO RF whether it's fitted by a Platinum installer or not until Xmas.

There's no such thing as Platinum 5 anymore they are called Platinum Installers now

Intergas support has changed dramatically for the better in the last couple of years since it was almost all moved in house.
