Hi
I'm thinking of insulating the ceilings of my downstairs rooms as I complete a total renovation. What product is best for this as there is a great difference in price and product types. Would the polystyrene type be ok, or would standard loft type insulation be better?

Loft insulation between the joists would do fine.
