2 images. Any ideas on how to wire this bad boy? Can't simply use wires to extend from ceiling box to box in light fitting as then the light fitting won't fit to wall due to not enough clearance.

Yes you can. (But if I were doing it, I would use "wago connectors" instead of the ceiling rose)

I dont own a pc sorry to follow that guide. I only have an iPhone

Yellow sleeved with red goes to "L" new fitting. All reds together in a separate connector block/wago. All the others to "N" new fitting... except the earths, they go to the central terminal of your new fitting.
