Ive got a love spoon that has a date inscribed on it (burnt in i believe), unfortunately the blinking date is wrong on it lol. Is there an easy way to "wipe" this and how would/could it be re-written?

You can't unburn wood, you'd have to sand it back then redo it with a wood scorcher.
