| I'm getting a little annoyed with the crashing problem I seem to be getting with IE7 and am going to try Firefox alongside it and see how it goes. Does anyone use firefox and what do you think about it compared to IE? |

If you really want to use IE, try running it without any add-ons to see if that makes a difference. If it runs OK, re-enable them one by one until it starts happening again. Then you'll know the culprit. _________________ http://www.FinchfieldIT.co.uk/index.htm

| I changed to Mozilla Firefox about 2 years ago after having a lot of problems with IE and I've had no problems yet. |

Firefox Rules!!!!!!!
Just check out the amount of updates required for IE7, Firefox has very few.
I also find it very stable and the addons are cool. _________________ If i have the time i dont have the money.

if you like IE7 but are having issues, try Using Maxthon, if you dont like firefox.
Maxthon is IE based and Ive been using it for a few years now, IE7 has adopted a few of the things used in Maxthon, so you shouldnt find it too different.
Maxthon also has many more features built in, popup blockers ad blockers floating add blockers, loads of things included... but still feels like what you know. you dont need to subscribe or pay, just turn off the donate box when it pops up.

I''ve been using firefox since I started this thread and I can honestly say I'm well impressed with it. Not one single hiccup so far, out of interest I tried IE a few days ago after I'd downloaded a lot of windows updates and guess what.......? It crashed. . Sorry Bill but it's Firefox for me from now on |
