This week I had cause to contact Howden electric heating ( http://www.howden-electric.com ) to find a local source of replacment gaskets for their 'DH' series of elements.

A very helpful lady in their offices (thank you Sharon) forwarded TWO spare gaskets FREE OF CHARGE - now that's what I call customer service..... :thumbright:
