Microsoft Photo editor seems to come as standard on all pc's that are using windows, so here is how to resize pictures so that they can be used with the attachment mod.
Here I am resizing a picture that is over 500kb in size-
Open up the picture in Photo editor-
Click on Image and then select resize-
On this box select pixels in the drop down menu on the right hand side of the box. Then Type into the width box 500 ( this is the maximum width allowed by the attachment mod) There is no need to alter the height of the picture as this will be done automatically.
When you click on OK the picture will resize to 500 pixels wide-
Now the picture needs saving-
Click on the file menu and then save-
Then save the image as either a jpg or a gif from the drop down menu, and give it an appropriate name-
You can then attach the picture with the attachment mod _________________ DIY | DIY Video |
