We did a paint job on the balcony recently and spilt some of paint on a tiled floor.
Should have cleaned it quickly but we didn't - so ended up with some paint stains on the

tiles.

Can you recomentd a solvent and the tools to get rid of the stains - tried to use the aceton

but it didn't help much.
If it could remove the rusty spots - that would be just great.

I have attached the pictures of stained tiles and how a clean one looks like ;-)

Thanks for your time guys.

Terry,
I have embedded the pictures in this post rather than using an outside hosting site.

What type of paint was it ? Whatever was used for cleaning the brushes will be the solvent you should try first.

Speaking as an amateur potter I'd be surprised if you find anything to remove the iron oxide (rust), it is widely used as a stain in many applications and survives firing to beyond 1300°C.
