Hi again all,

I'm laying just 3 slate tiles for a hearth (they were bought especially made for this job).
They are approx 11' x 16' and will be layed so that hearth is approx 33' x 16' onto the concrete floor.

What I want to know is can I butt them up as there's only 3 of them and can I lay them on a sand/cement mix?

Thanks :salute: :-)
