someone told me that you cant leave it too long to dry.
i did it monday and was planning on skimming at the weekend.
surely i can just apply a few coats of pva to sort it out cant i? |

yes, seal with pva the day/night before.
then coat with pva before you skim and wait for it to go tacky. |

| You can usually skim over it after a couple of hours or as the last quote refers!! |
