It takes hours for the hot water tank to heat up. It is heated by an electrical immersion heater and probably controlled by a thermostat, which I suspect is the problem.
I do not know how to remove & replace this thermostat as there do not seem to be any screws holding it. However it is mounted on a large circular plate which is bolted on the underside of the cylinder.
Can anyone help? |

Thanks Hinton for responding.
I will not be able to get pictures until mid next week as I will be away. Hope that is OK.
Thanks |
