Hi all,
more of a nuisance than a genuine fault but when browsing t'internet, my home page keeps popping up every 5 minutes or so in a seperate window. In fact its happened twice whilst writing this message!
It might have something to do with the registry? If it has, any ideas where to start looking?
Thanks in advance |

my resident sweepers subscription had expired so downloaded
AVG anti-spyware (Free for limited time) and it got rid of Adware / Spyware cack. Hey presto, no pop-ups.
While I was at it, downloaded AVG anti-virus (free again, can you see a pattern developing) and that wiped trojan downloaders.
Thanks for suggestions |
