Just a quick intro.
Thought I'd sign my hubby and I up for this forum as we have a few more projects to do around the house & garden.
We are both very practical - once we have the knowledge of how to do things.

Yes - hubby knows I've signed him up 
He said it sounded like a good idea. I'm better at finding info on the net than him (more patience) but he's better at woodwork than me.
Unfortunately I went to a traditional type of school - where we had to do "domestic science (zzzzzzz) and no options for interesting things such as woodwork/metal work etc.
But I'm eager to learn. The other year we put up a large cabin in the garden & did all work ourselves - and are hoping to put another one up this year. Just waiting for council approval as we're in a conservation area.
