Hi guys & girls,

I'm just about to pack in my full time job in IT to become a property developer. Have done quite a bit of DIY over the years and there's nothing I won't have a go at (except gas).

Here's some of the bathroom refurb's I've done.

And this bungalow is about to become my 1st full time project. So I'll be asking a lot of questions about stuff I don't understand yet and hopefully will be able to help others with stuff that I do.
