I inadvertently deleted some images from an SD card. I can find lots of free downloads to recover them (hopefully) but I am scared in case they are dodgy. Can anyone advise me of a free download that is safe to use please. The card is still in the USB reader in the computer so with a bit of luck it is still al there.

Thanks

DWD

DWD,
Use Recuva from the makers of Ccleaner.

It WORKS and is simple to use.
Read the instructions under the Features Tab.

Used it a few times myself and it is part of my software toolbox.

Brilliant, thanks very much Dave. Dead easy to use and worked first time. I was downloading about 42 pictures from my wife's mobile and somehow I managed to delete the images on the SD card. Saved :thumbright:

Phew!!!
