Hi,

I would like some advice regarding my boiler upgrade since my current one is on it's last legs. The property is a detached 3BHK house with 14 radiators, 1 bathroom with a power shower, 1 en-suite and 1 WC. I have been having the following issues:

1. Too much sound (kettling)
2. Uneven heating across the house (some radiators work, some don't)
3. Firing up of the boiler is intermittent (needs restarting/resetting)
4. Centralised thermostat doesnt work as expected (too much heating and sometimes no heating in contrast to the temperature set)

I am open to getting a new boiler but want to get these problems resolved with minimum structural changes/piping work (if necessary at all). Please could you help?
I have uploaded the pics of my current setup

Thanks,
Shreyas

Get a few heating engineers round to advise. they'll be able to check the pipework/rad sizing etc. and advise accordingly.

All your problems could be the system sludged up to a degree.

Can’t see what boiler it is, just a white box on the wall from here.
