I need help on changing a light switch please. Hopefully I haven't bought the wrong one.

The switch has a single live in the top and two live feeds at the bottom both going into the same feed.

The new switch has two options at the top and bottom compared to the old one and I'm lost what goes where.

Photos of the old socket and new attached.

Live in is the common terminal. Use one of the top terminals for the output and it should work fine.

I can't tell which cable colours to use as you haven't included a pic of wiring and how it was wired to old switch.

Into the top terminal marked 1 1 way or the switch will be upside down.

All the electrons will fall out of the L1 terminal if not done properly
