Hello all

i am new to this forum, it's actually the first one I've ever joined. I am a competent DIY'er (or so I think) and have used this site in the past many times to search for tips.

My wife bent my arm into buying a 1902 house which really hasn't been touched since the 70's (save for the electrics in the mid 1990's)
