Ooops I forgot to introduce myself!

I am Chris and from Staffordshire.

I like getting my hands dirty and have done various things around the house and the garden.

I am in IT and specialise in VOIP technologies.

I have also had a couple of track cars [Elise, VX220, Clio Cups, etc] all of which I worked on myself.

Hello!

Hello

Thanks guys!

UHM - Yes, but I made my own gym about a year back and it has been the best thing I have done!

I have olympic bar + discs, DB's, rack, adjustable commercial bench, pull up station, Lamond Revmaster II - Lifefitness Spinner, etc, so dont need to go the a gym!

I used to hate waiting for idiots to stop 'resting' an a piece of equipment that I wanted to use.

What sort of training do you guys do?

I have just finished a cut and I am now 'bulking' myself back up.

I only do weight training, although I have just missed about 5 weeks as I have been too busy to go recently, due to work commitments. I have been training since I was 13.

Well, I have been following a 10 day split for most of this year and it has been great. I train each bodypart every other day with cardio on days off. So it takes me 10 days to complete the whole body.

This was passed to me by a mate who is a competitive bodybuilder.
