I am an accidental landlord and a bad tenant has left me with a couple of problems. Sorry to be soooo girly but I have absolutely no idea where to source the parts I need.

- I don’t know what brand our radiators are and the tenant has burn some of the long thin clips that hold the top grill on and lost others. Does anyone know what brand of radiator these are and or where I might be able to source some of these clips?

- I need to source a flap cover for a Danfoss TP5. It’s about 15 years old and at the moment the best I can do is buy a full replacement unit on ebay. I’ve contacted Danfoss they don’t have any. Does anyone have one they don’t need or know where I can source one?

Hard to say for sure as there are several makes that look similar to this.

My first thought would be Stelrad compacts.

Is there no name on any of the parts?

For the thermostat, either rick one from ebay, or have a new one fitted such as another Danfoss or Honeywell.

The wiring is straightforward and basic.
