Hello there everyone!

Just discovered this site, and that might be handy - we are currently building our new house.

While neither of us are time-served tradesmen, we've both been involved in renovations before (one almost back to square one) and are competent at most basics.

This is a different ball game tho!

The house is SIPs construction (Structural Insulated Panels) and timber clad. Currently, the kit is up and wrapped, roof battens are on, Velux's are in.

I've asked my first question about lead work, and I'm sure there'll be more to come! Looks like a friendly site, and I look forward to contributing and learning!
