Hi All,
Well im what you call a lazy DIYer, I wont do any for ages then I get an idea and its all I think about until its done! (sad I know) A good example is I re-modelled our living room several times because I wanted a 55 inch TV on the wall... it drove the wife mad but she thanks me for it now :thumbright:
Anyway.... My names james and my next idea is to remove a partition wall between the dining room and stairs but ive already run into a problem! :dunno: :wtf:
so I need a little help and advice from you guys and girls.

Pics to follow(when I sus out this forum) ...any guidance welcome

Thanks all
